The story revolves about two intimate friends who live in a fictional city named FurFur Nagar. They became friends by rescuing each other, by luck, after getting themselves in a hilarious situation. But after that, they live as fast friends. Made with a purpose to bring smile and laughter on the face of people, Motu Patlu has gained enough fame. As told earlier, there are two friends, one is Motu who likes “smosas” and loves eating them so whenever he finds an opportunity, he steals them from the best samosa seller shop in their city. Samosas make him stronger and more energetic.
John the Don
But that’s not all, the main negative character of the sitcom is “Jhon the Don” with his two assistants or helper, named as number one and number two. Jhon’s dream is to become the most famous and dangerous gangster and criminal in the city so that people will fear him and nobody will refuse to do anything for him and no one will go against his desires. So he tries many criminal activities but Motu and Patlu always come in his way and stops him. They fail him in his all attempts.
Motu Patlu Jokes
Besides the most stealing and failing Jhon in his activities, Motu Patlu makes many jokes too while talking to each other which makes the show more interesting and worth watching. There are many other characters too other than described ones. It includes Sabziwala, Chaiwala, Hera Sing, Bubblegum and Pheriwala who have their own roles in the show. The director Suhas Kadav along with Producers Deepa Sahi and Anish JS has made it a great success.
But sometimes he gets himself in troubles so the second friend, Patlu, helps him getting out of that trouble. In this many other characters also help them which include Ghasitaram, Chingham and Dr. Jhatka. Dr. Jhatka wants to do something new and always tries to invent something so Ghasitatram makes Motu Patlu try his inventions.
