It’s a general notion that age is just a number and being an adult I can so relate to this saying because even after being three decades old, my love for cartoons hasn't worn yet. In fact, they have always been my favorite past time. Cartoons are more than just entertainments. They are art, they are better than what’s on live-action TV, they are short precise and to the point and can be empowering for both kids and adults.
Inspirable cartoon characters
Nowadays, I am glued to a cartoon series which is an Indian-Singaporean animated sitcom being aired on Nickelodeon and Vasantham respectively. This popular series is adapted from the classic comic strip on Lot Pot and is produced by Cosmos-Maya with an equally entertaining theme song sung by none other than the very famous Sukhwinder Singh. Motu Patlu series happens to be the popular and the most watched kid's show in India.
Best cartoon series
The plot of the story spins around two friends, Motu and Patlu. The duo lives in Furfuri Nagar and is famous for their spontaneity and how they land in hilarious situations and later rescue each other with some tricks and luck. The partners in crime are also a food lover and simply live to devour samosas mostly by stealing from street vendors.
In this cartoon series, Motu is the trouble magnet and patlu is responsible for defusing the situation by solving the problems created by motu.
I find this animated sitcom funny and entertaining at the same time because of the character’s adorable clumsiness, and also there is an element of mutual love and respect. With all the entertainment and laughable moments, the series contains a message of togetherness and how being available in thick thin can help you ease the situation.
