Motu Patlu is an Indian- Singaporean comedy and fictional cartoon series. It has a total of 4 seasons and 260 episodes. The series has a short running time that is 10 to 11 minutes per episode. The cartoon is originally in Hindi language but it is translated into various languages such as English, Sinhala, Tamil, Telugu, and Bangla. The first episode came out with the name “Jon Banega Don” and the 260th one as, HansnaZaroori Hai. It is not only aired in India, but it is also aired internationally on TV Derana in Sri Lanka, Kabillion in USA, Nepal Television Plus, etc.

The story consists of a lot of characters but mostly revolves around Motu and Patlu. As suggested by the name, Motu tells us about a fat person and Patlu is the thin guy. The first episode of the first season was published on 16th October’2012. It is directed by SuhasKadav. The cartoon is disclosed on a very famous channel for kids knows as Nickelodeon and is viewed by a lot of young boys, girls, and children download.
The series came out one after the other and all of them became popular and now the Motu Patlu cartoon is one the top cartoons in India as the story is very interesting. It shows the daily lifestyle of both the characters which reflects the Indian traditions and their way of living.
